CareSource offers a large network of participating doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers for members to choose from.
You can search for providers by using our Find A Doctor tool.
If you have a question or want to know which providers participate with CareSource, please call our service center at 1-800-488-0134. We can give you the most current information.
