How to reach us

Call us toll free at 1-800-488-0134.

The CareSource member service center is here for you! You can call to:

  • Ask about CareSource benefits, claims or eligibility.
  • Ask for a new provider directory or other materials.
  • Request a new member ID card.
  • Change your primary care physician (PCP).
  • Get help choosing a participating provider.
  • And much more.

Please call. Your health is important to us. Let us know if you have questions or concerns. Or call us with your ideas for better service. We want to hear what you think.

 

We are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We are closed on certain holidays. Please have your CareSource member ID number handy when you call. This will help us serve you better.

Special needs

Is there a CareSource member in your family who:

  • Does not speak English?
  • Has limited reading skills?
  • Has a hearing problem?
  • Has a vision problem?

Call our service center at 1-800-488-0134. CareSource can get someone who can sign or speak your language to help you talk with us or your doctor over the phone or in person. This is a free service to members.

 

We can also give you some printed materials in some other languages. Let us know. We can help.
