At CareSource, we want our members to have happy and healthy babies. That’s why we created our Babies First program. With it, members can earn up to $150 in gift cards to local stores.

By keeping certain scheduled medical appointments, you are eligible for gift cards. It’s that simple. The information below shows the coupons that are available and the value in gift cards that each one is worth.

Coupon A – Have your first prenatal appointment during your first 3 months of pregnancy. This is worth a $20 gift card.

Coupon B – Keep all scheduled prenatal appointments during your second trimester. This is worth a $20 gift card.

Coupon C – Keep all scheduled prenatal appointments during your third trimester. This is worth a $20 gift card.

Coupon D – Mother must be seen by the doctor 3-8 weeks after delivery. This is worth a $20 gift card and a free gift.

Coupons E-K – Baby must get preventive checkups, called Healthchek exams, at 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, and 15 months of age. These are worth a $10 gift card for each visit.

How to participate

1. Call the CareSource service center a 1-800-488-0134 to request Babies First brochures with coupons if you don’t have them.
2. Follow the instructions on each coupon.
3. Mail them to the address indicated.

You will receive gift cards for complete and verified coupons. The brochures and coupons explain all coupon guidelines including redemption time limits.
