CareSource is a nonprofit managed health care plan which has been meeting the needs of underserved consumers in Ohio for more than 19 years. We provide services through a contract with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
Currently, we serve more than 600,000 members in Ohio. The programs serve Covered Families and Children Medicaid, including Healthy Start and Healthy Families, and Aged, Blind or Disabled Medicaid.
CareSource also administers the new Ohio Children’s Buy-In health care program.
CareSource has a new plan for consumers eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. CareSource Advantage is our Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan.
CareSource is serviced by CareSource Management Group which provides a full-spectrum of services for the administration of public-sector health care programs. |
